The Fair uses the immediate park of Holkham Hall, one of the great Palladian houses of England and home to the Earls of Leicester; it is probably the largest event in North Norfolk, one of the country's most beautiful regions. Given good weather, we can expect crowds of about 40,000 people over the weekend.
