Owned and operated by Koelnmesse, Cologne Exhibition Center is the fourth largest exhibition venue in world. Situated by the river Rhine directly opposite the Cologne Cathedral in Messeplatz, the center is just few minutes away from the city center. Its 11 halls alone consist of 284,000m² exhibition space in addition to 75,000m² of outdoor space. Furthermore, the 3 Rheinparkhallen exhibition halls offer almost 20,000m² of space. Also, there are two conference centers used to host variety of events for up to 12,000 people together with 37 cafes and restaurants catering for all food and drink requirements.
