Beaulieu Lausanne

Beaulieu Exploitation SA is a service company based in the Canton of Vaud, active in organisation and hosting of all types of commercial and cultural events. It operates the Beaulieu Lausanne Conference Centre: 50,500 m2 of exhibition floor space; 30 auditoria, conference halls, seminar rooms and banqueting rooms that can accommodate from 15 to 5,000 people; a 1844 seat theatre; an underground car park with 580 spaces; 10 restaurants, managed by Beaulieu Restauration SA, a subsidiary of the DSR group. It has three strategic objectives, in order of importance: creation and organisation of our own fairs and exhibitions; hosting of exhibitions, conferences and events organised by third parties; operation of the Beaulieu theatre.
The shareholders of Beaulieu Exploitation SA include above all private organisations (major companies in the region, SMEs and smaller shareholders).

It is separate from the Beaulieu Foundation which owns the infrastructures. A lease agreement has been in place binding these two entities since February 2000. The Beaulieu Foundation is an umbrella association, whose members include the Canton of Vaud, the City of Lausanne, all of the districts of Lausanne Region, other municipalities in the Canton of Vaud and a number of private investors.
