Remember to get reputable sponsors for your conference to boost the credibility of your event and at the same time cut back on your costs. Sponsors can significantly help with the marketing and awareness campaign of your event by announcing it to their own customers.
Prepare your pool of resource speakers. Invite reputable speakers who are of caliber and are known in the industry that they move in so that they could provide the attendees with significant information that they can use in their business, industry or work. Also be ready with a good team of people to handle special tasks such as registration, ushering, customer information and service as well as a group to handle the financial of the event. Make sure their responsibilities are clear and well defined to eliminate any cause of confusion or error during the event itself.
