The Executive Travel and Corporate Meeting Planners events are a series of one-day luncheon events in three western markets and three eastern markets. Our staff does extensive research in each urban area to develop an invitation list of qualified corporate meeting and incentive planners, association executives, government planners and private meeting and event planners. In total, we send out more than 20,000 invitations in the six event cities, and our average attendance is approximately 300 in each centre.

Each event is a luncheon trade show reception held at a centrally located, upscale hotel venue between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. While enjoying a delicious, complimentary buffet that is served right on the trade show floor, attendees have the opportunity to meet with the suppliers and discuss their business needs and goals.
Depending on the size of the show area at each venue, suppliers have a booth or a table top display. Booths are approximately 10 feet by six feet, and a table top is a four or six foot table with no side rails between or behind. In 2015, our table top shows are Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal and Toronto. (Please check with the Show Manager regarding display size. Our Calgary show can only accommodate one banner stand display per tabletop area; however, slightly more space is available at the Toronto and Montreal shows.)

Travel Trade Canada shows are well organized and professionally managed, held at convenient, high-end venues, and have a proven record of success for delivering quality programs for attendees and suppliers.
