Or even all of this, without even booking an air ticket. That's right...once again, the Indian Cultural and Food Festival, the "Mela" is back, bigger and better than before!!!!! On the 27th of March, come to Elder Park ( Next to Adelaide Festival Centre on King William Street ), where, from 11AM to 10PM you can experience India, and all that it has to offer, in one place.
Mela has been hosted in the City for the past 20 years by the Indian Australian Association of South Australia. Each year it is attracting more and more visitors. Last year in 2009 almost 9000 people from so many diverse ethnic and multicultural backgrounds enjoyed this amazing festival.
