HI-TECH BUILDING has been held since 2001. It is the only trade fair in Russia and CIS featuring house & building automation systems, Intelligent building projects, smart home projects, technologies for Passive Houses and Green buildings.

In 2010 over a 100 exhibiting companies displayed the latest equipment and products viewed by over 8000 representatives of construction and building companies, real estate owners, investors, architects, designers, engineers, facility managers, systems integrators, manufacturers and distributors as well as government officials; 35 speakers led over a dozen seminars and presentations on the latest energy-saving technologies, building management, techniques and products; 20 leading industry associations and governmental bodies endorsed the Show.
