HOTEL & GASTROTEH 2010

The programme of HOTEL & GASTROTEH – 3 rd Biennal International Hotel and Restaurant Equipment and Catering Fair , is dedicated to exhibitors displaying hotel and catering equipment and the gastronomy programme of foodstuffs, as well as to the corporate public: hotel and restaurant managers, investors in the field of tourist trade, all entrepreneurs and people employed in gastronomy and tourism.

According to projections of the national Association of small and family-run hotels in the following period Croatian tourist offer should get richer by some 300 small and family-run hotels, the construction of which will be supported by € 1 billion. Most of them will be four star hotels. In accordance with the long-term plan Croatia should have at least 1,000 similar facilities.
