Although it includes a number of dealers from other regions of Germany as well as Switzerland, Austria and other members of the European Union, the annual Kunst Messe München (Munich Art Fair) tends to be a local affair. A variety of objects from ancient times to modern can be found on display, although the strengths generally lie with galleries specialising in antiquities, Old Master drawings, and decorative arts.
Due to sponsorship, the 2009 Kunst Messe was cancelled. A new concept is in the works for the 2010 event, dates of which are still estimated. Please check back with us for updated information.
