HOFEX 2011 was held on 11-14 May and achieved again a record-breaking result! 30,718 quality trade buyers visited, of which 30.27% were international buyers from 85 countries and regions.
Together with numerous conference delegates, contestants and media, the show welcomed a total of 33,409 visitors. Many of them were decision-makers from the food & beverage, wholesale, import, retail, hotel operation, theme park & resort sectors which further underlined the high quality of HOFEX trade buyers.
Occupied 11 halls with 48,000 m² exhibition space, HOFEX 2011 has the biggest size ever and hosted 1,800 premium international exhibiting companies from 48 countries, including 44 national groups.
HOFEX will return to Hong Kong on 7-10 May 2013, continuing to showcase the best of Food & Drink and Foodservice Equipment & Supplies, and to serve as the premier meeting place to connect the world with China and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
