For sleeping room reservations, please contact the hotel directly at 877-283-6423. To obtain the discount group rate of $239 per night, mention that you are attending the ARDA Annual Convention. Rooms will be available until the cut off date of Thursday, February 9, 2010, or until they are sold out, whichever comes first. All rooms will be charged a one night deposit at the time of reservation. In order to cancel your room without penalty, you must do so prior to February 9.
