The Munich Show - Mineralientage München has become in 48 years Europe's most important trade show for beautiful stones for both visiting professionals and as well as the public. Annually in autumn over 1'300 exhibitors from 56 countries present the most precious specimens that the world of minerals, gems and fossils has to offer. Around 40'000 visitors come every year to witness the newest trends in the market. The Munich Show is a colourful treasure chamber to marvel at, purchase and collect.

The organizers are able to bring the most spectacular treasures of nature to Munich - from the most fascinating gems to legendary fossils to the biggest gold and crystal findings of the Alps. The who's-who of the international mineral and gemstone scene get together at the Munich Show. Our elaborate special exhibits provide the popular event character, that appeal to all target groups. In addition there are plenty of programs and activities where people can participate in as well as a WellnessIsland, where visitors can find time to relax and try out the many wellness programs and products.

The main theme of the sepcial exhibits 2011 will be the "European Classics". We will bring Europe's most famous minerals to Munich, like the Kongsberg Silver from Norway. We will also have a special exhibit about the legendary Wittelsbach-Diamond. Bavaria is closely connected to this blue royal diamond. This special exhibit will turn into a big public and media event in Munich. And the "Euro Dinos" will prove, just how valuable and fascinating the witnesses of ancient times really are.
