Call Centre and Customer Management Expo opened its doors on Tuesday to welcome thousands of visitors looking for the best products, solutions and education the industry has to offer. The move to London from Birmingham NEC this year proved a popular choice, with more senior decision-makers visiting the show than ever before. Clare Puddifoot, group marketing manager at event organiser UBM said: "We're delighted that the customer service community has once again whole-heartedly supported this event. There was a real buzz at Olympia and it was great to see so many valuable business meetings and networking taking place."

National Hall
Olympia National Hall is a historic event, exhibition and conference venue in London, with original Victorian architecture and natural daylight.
The National Hall combines the style and charm of The Grand Hall on a smaller scale. The Hall can accommodate events for between 1,000 and 3,000 guests and has seen some fantastic theme events, dinners and premieres. It has also been recently repainted to improve an already superb venue.
