CFA Institute Annual Conference 2011

Now in its 64th year, the CFA Institute Annual Conference brings together investment professionals from around the world to hear industry leaders share insights on the next era of the finance profession.

The line-up of over 40 speakers will be headed by Jim Rogers and Raghuram Rajan. In a survey conducted by The Economist, Rajan was ranked by his peers as the economist with the most important ideas in a post-crisis world. Other influential speakers at the conference include Liaquat Ahamed, Pulitzer Prize-winning author of Lords of Finance, with an opening session on “The Bankers Who Broke the World” and David Blanchflower, Professor of Economics at Dartmouth University, on “The Outlook for Employment, Inflation, Output, and Other Key Measures”.
