The economic climate and commoditisation of insurance are increasing the pressure on insurers to process claims cost-effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service. Fraud continues to pose a problem and must be tackled effectively. Customer expectations are changing due to new and speedier means of communicating. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Ministry of Justice reforms is changing the nature of personal injury claims and placing new demands on insurance companies.

The Claims Forum provides an excellent opportunity for leading industry representatives to come together and discuss the latest developments in the area of claims. As a firmly established event within the industry, this two-day event attracts around 150 delegates from across the industry each year.

This year’s agenda covers a range of important topics including fraud, surge events, customer service, the Jackson Review, and the Ministry of Justice reforms. With the MoJ reforms entering into force in April, the Forum provides a unique chance to discuss how the new process is working in practice with industry peers.
