IEEE Cloud Forum for Practitioners: The Cloud in (ICFP) 2010

This forum seeks to bring together researchers, practitioners, vendors, all interested in the question concerning when, how, and whether to move their IT resources into a cloud. Widespread cloud adoption may be on the horizon in particular Federal and military sectors due to regulations and Congressional mandates, however that is not yet true for the commercial sector. Security and privacy concerns have not been alleviated. Given this, adoption continues at a slow pace. This forum seeks to offer recommendation.
