The IEEE International Conference on Communications Systems (IEEE ICCS 2010) will be held from 17 to 20 Nov 2010 in Singapore. This is a biennial series of conferences co-organized by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Singapore, and technically sponsored by IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Singapore Communications Chapter and IEEE Singapore Vehicular Techonology Chapter. Published paper will appear in IEEE Explorer and EI Index .
