Industries exhibition-trade fair “Made in Latvia 2010” will be the second exhibition in this year, which will gather the manufacturers and service suppliers of all kinds in one place.
In the previous “Made in Latvia 2010” fair that took place on March 25 to 27 around 300 companies offered their production and 23 468 people attended this exhibition.
Exhibition Company Kelle Expo expresses its gratitude to the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and many cooperation partners for their support, as well as all participants of exhibition for their responsiveness. The organizers hope to cooperate also in the future. Many entrepreneurs – participants of March exhibition – came with idea that there is a necessity for such exhibition also in autumn because of new products they will be able to offer and ideas how to represent themselves and their products both for cooperation partners and customers.
“The economic crisis has changed the entrepreneurship in Latvia and many people are led by a stereotype that Latvia produces nothing,” indicates the director of Kelle Expo Ltd Erlens Kelle. “It is not true. Latvia produced, produces, and will produce! There are new companies and new products made within the last year. First exhibition surprised and confirmed that manufacturers want to get together and also visitors are showing interest for Latvian goods”.
Currently Kelle Expo Ltd has taken initiative to repeatedly organize such event in order to support Latvian manufacturers and help them to find domestic and foreign clients. Patriotism stimulates them to gather in one place, look at each other, get richer with new ideas, develop business contacts and evaluate the fact that there are really go-ahead people who can and produce more than we know.
