Energy Efficiency Expo 2011, a trade fair showcasing products and services to help organizations reduce their energy consumption and become more energy-efficient, will be held September 20-21 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.

The event is designed to address the needs of managers and engineers who are responsible for facilities, manufacturing and industrial operations, equipment and machinery and mobile workforces in business, industrial and institutional environments, as well as product and system designers. Numerous educational sessions will run concurrently with the exhibition, allowing attendees to obtain more in-depth information on specific areas of energy efficiency.

Key areas of focus for the event are lighting, energy measurement and control, power systems and power electronics, alternative and renewable energy systems, heating and cooling, wireless sensing and control, and solutions for efficient management of mobile assets and workforces.

The exhibit will be co-located with five other industry events taking place at the same venue, all sharing a combined exhibit hall. The other events are Battery Power 2011, Antenna Systems 2011, Electrical Manufacturing & Coil Winding Expo, Remote Monitoring and Control, and Advancements in Thermal Management Symposium.

Energy Efficiency Expo is designed to provide solutions for end users in commercial, industrial and institutional markets to help them reduce their energy consumption as well as design engineers, system engineers and integrators to help them develop and provide products and services with greater energy-efficiency attributes.
