Visitors who come to the regional food fair, crafts and tourism, are high quality food, but above all, the life stories of more than 400 small producers in all provinces.
Roads and flavors, along its six editions, has become one of the fastest growing trade shows, promoting in turn the development of all its stars: typical food producers, artisans and representatives of tourist destinations. In the 2010 the fair attracted over 80,000 people enjoyed the tour of the market, cooking demonstrations, and presentations of the performing arts.
