Jo is an experienced director and business owner having bought and sold over 300 companies in the last 20 years. She has held circa 40+ Non-Executive roles over her career in companies across the country. Jo is a published author, Visiting Fellow at The University of Leeds and winner of numerous awards including The Sunday Times NED of the Year 2012 and The CBI First Women Award 2014.
