Utility Week Live incorporating IWEX will be the UK’s first (and only) event dedicated to the business, operational and technical needs of the UK’s water, electricity and gas utilities, from upstream, transmission and distribution through to domestic and non-domestic retail.

The event will incorporate IWEX, the long-standing exhibition aimed at UK water companies and their contractors.

Keynote Conference - a strategic level programme tackling the big issues faced by C-level utility executives. Its theme is “outside in”, focusing on learnings from other sectors that have faced major changes in infrastructure, technology and customer service.

Leading speakers confirmed include Andrew McMillan, former head of customer service, John Lewis who will be delivering a TED-style talk on delighting customers, whilst Simon Hay, CEO of customer science experts dunnhumby, will explain how data can be used to gain better customer insight.

Technical Seminar Programme - there will be three further CPD accredited technical theatres.

The Energy Theatre will explore the biggest legislative challenges and opportunities, the Pan Utility Theatre will tackle best practice strategies and issues that span the gas, water and electricity sectors and the Water Theatre, will feature case study based sessions providing real-life learning and innovation in the lead up to 2017.

Exhibition
Around 3,000 visitors are expected as they access the skills and expertise of more than 150 exhibitors showcasing the latest equipment, software, technology and services and 130 speakers across a groundbreaking content programme.
