ORSA Implementation for Canadian Insurers 2016

Having received feedback from previous ORSA submissions Canadian Insurers can now work on that feedback and strive to make improvements in the ongoing ORSA process. This two day seminar will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the regulatory expectations surrounding ORSA, including modelling and stress testing requirements. It will also feature case study style sessions on some of the most challenging aspects of ORSA. Speakers from across the Insurance industry will draw on their experiences of implementing ORSA and provide attendees with guidance on good practices. The lack of prescriptive guidance around ORSA brings with it its own set of challenges. Aimed at ensuring insurers have a sound understanding of their individual risk profile, and have the appropriate measures in place to address them, ORSA requires insurers to undergo a rigorous self-assessment.
