NGS Nordic 2016

The third annual NGS 2016 Nordic Conference will take place at the Medicon Village in Lund and is organised in partnership with the Kennedy Centre at Rigshospitalet, Odense University Hospital and Lund Cancer Centre. DSC_0434 The conference which will be opened by Prof Thoas Fioretos, is focused on the use of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and tools to look at human disease whether in a research or a clinical setting. We will cover the following areas, but please bookmark this page as the scientific committee will be updating the subjects as the conference planning moves forward: NGS Applications and workflows, Personalized Genomics, the Metagenomics link to health/disease, Non-invasive Prenatal testing, Cancer and Rare Disease genetics as well as Data Analysis and Storage.
