Engine Room: International Sound Art Exhibition 2017

Welcome to Engine Room - an International Sound Art Exhibition. This exhibition, celebrating emerging sound artists from around the world, shows the work of the finalists of the Engine Room International Sound Art Competition. The artworks has been selected by the judges Janek Schaefer, Annie Mahtani, Camilo Salazar and Lena Augustinson. The Engine Room is a Morley College London initiative, continuing Morley’s legacy as a leading centre for experimental music and sound art. The exhibition gives visitors the chance to immerse themselves in soundscapes, watch audio-visual works, experience the stimulating interaction of sound and video, and observe and interact with sound sculptures and sound installations.
