Civil Aviation South East Asia Summit 2017

The 2nd annual Civil Aviation South East Asia Summit (CASEA 2017), scheduled during 27th – 28th September, 2017 in Bangkok, Thailand. CASEA is envisioned to become a must-attend forum for the SE Asia civil aviation community. Home to more than 600 million people or 9% of the world’s population, SE Asia’s aviation industry is observing some of the fastest and strongest growth rates. In terms of passenger traffic, according to CAPA, 6 of SE Asia’s 10 countries had growth in or near the double digits in 2016 and SE Asia should continue to experience rapid growth in 2017 and beyond, thanks to the rising middle class, favourable fuel price, LCC saturation and liberalization in the aviation sector.
