Scotland’s Speciality Food Show is the only trade show for the speciality food and drink market in Scotland. The show is co-located and runs concurrently with STFS.

The fair attracts its own audience of delicatessens, farm shops, speciality food retailers and food hall buyers as well as providing an opportunity for gift shops to purchase food and drink products to complement their existing ranges.
