The trade fair will involve a market that is growing strongly, that of Central Italy, populated by over 17 million inhabitants who need to construct new buildings and upgrade existing ones.
The area also has a large industrial presence.
A territory where the construction industry is expanding quickly and is based on new constructions and on restoration and renovation projects, operations that need to observe the legislation, the new regulations and benefits regarding energy saving.
By way of example, in the district of Rome alone the turnover in 2003 for the construction sector amounted to 2.8 billion euros for new constructions and 4.5 billion euros for renovation work. (source Cresme)
