2009 saw the property market in Singapore taking a tumble and suddenly risen as well. There were no clear indications where it was going or when it would stabilise. Even though the market did come to a favourable level which can match property sales in 2007, many are still concern where the market will go in 2010. Will we have another sudden market boost?
