Interauto - International Automobile Exhibition 2009

The 5th edition of the International Automotive Exhibition InterAuto-2009, the largest event for the automotive market of Russia, will be held August 26 through 30, 2009 at the Crocus Expo IEC. The show is organized by the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre with the official support of the Ministry for Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Association of the Russian Automakers, the Association of European Businesses with its Automotive Components Committee (AMC) and a number of other ministries, authorities, unions and associations. The expositions of the 5th International Automobile Exhibition INTERAUTO will be accommodated in two pavilions of the complex: second pavilion (halls №№ 5, 8) and third pavilion (halls №№ 12, 13, 14, 15) in accordance with their thematic sections: Passenger motor vehicles, trucks, lorries and buses, car care products and chemistry, lacquers, paints, oils, garage and service station equipment, tires, disks, automotive components, accessories; car electronics, security. Thematic location of companies shows that such segmentation assists visitors to easier orientate themselves at the show and the exhibitors get a better effect of their participation in the event. Exhibition results of InterAuto 2008 testify to its dynamical development and wide recognition by specialists including foreign experts and more and more increasing interest from wide public. The fact that more than 800 companies from 22 countries exhibited at the show and more than 300 000 visitors came to the fairgrounds serves as the best acknowledgement of it.
