* Proposals may range from introductory to advanced tutorials to address issues faced by system designers.
* Reviews or walk-throughs of real system designers are highly encouraged
* Proposals that describe a particular vendor's product, or that take the form a defining a problem and then suggesting a particular product as the best solution, will not be considered.
