INTERNATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY SYMPOSIUM 2010

The 14th International Biotechnology Symposium and Exhibition (14th IBS) IS organized by the Alma Mater Studiorum-University of Bologna, under the auspices of IUPAC and in close cooperation with the Italian and European KBBE Technology Platforms, EuropaBio, EFB, ISEB, ESEB and OECD, at the new Palacongressi of Rimini (Rimini, Italy), on September 14-18, 2010 (see document attached and visit the web site www.ibs2010.org for more details on the event).

The main aims of 14th IBS are to explore the advances, frontiers and applications of all the main types of biotechnologies contributing to the knowledge-based bio-economy and to strengthen relations between industry, research laboratories, and governmental agencies active in the sector.
