KIELCE BIKE-EXPO 2011

The International Fair of Bicycle Industry brought together over 200 leading brands, including the largest players on the market - Kross, Zasada, Medano, Arkus & Romet Group, KTM, Specialized. The exhibition was visited by almost 200 industry professionals - representatives of 500 retail outlets and wholesale establishments from all over Poland.

Bikes and cycling accessories constitute part of Poland's largest exhibitions dedicated to sports equipment, KIELCE SPORT-ZIMA and KIELCE SPORT-LATO, which had been organized by Targi Kielce previously, attracting crowds of visitors. Therefore, Targi Kielce, acting in partnership with the Polish Association of the Bicycle Industry, decided to develop a new, independent and fully professional fair event devoted to the bike business, which, with the season drawing to an end, would facilitate presentations of new equipment and accessories. And this idea took off indeed!

The fair was accompanied by a whole range of events:

- parade "Kielce Getting on Bikes”
- Vintage Bike Exhibition
- Amateur Cycling Film Festival
- The fair was accompanied by the final of the ProLeage Arkus & Romet Group
- Fair events such as KIELCE BIKE–EXPO also facilitate debates on the future of cycling and the development of bike trails
