The Fipan is currently in Brazil, a major trade show to promote business for all segments that operate the Food Service, being an important channel between industry and the segments processors.
It represents the bakery, confectionery and independent food retail sector (restaurants, bars, pizza houses, ice-cream shops, self-service and convenience).
The event is promoted by SINDIPAN / AIPAN (Union and Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industries of Sao Paulo), representing the employers’ of the sectors in 33 municipalities of Greater Sao Paulo, with nearly 4000 affiliated industries.
