International SoC Design Conference (ISOCC) 2011

International SoC Design Conference (ISOCC) aims at providing the world’s premier SoC design forum for leading researchers from academia and industries. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of their original works emphasizing contributions beyond the present state of the art. We also welcome proposals on special tutorials and submissions of design contest.
The conference theme for ISOCC 2011 is "SoC Design for Future Living". As semiconductor technology continues to advance, the convergence of electronic systems with other applications such as bio, health, environment, energy, and transportation is having a tremendous impact on our daily life. For example, electronic systems integrated with medical sensors are playing a significant role in keeping us healthy. Consumer products embodied with various sensors is making our home a more convenient and safer place. However, the demands from these applications are challenging in that they require further improvement in SoC system integration, power consumptions, user friendliness as well as realization of many new functions. It is time for us to come together and discuss better solutions for “SoC Design for Future Living”. For this, I invite you to ISOCC 2011.
