E.R.E.F – ERBIL REAL ESTATE FAIR 2013

E.R.E.F 2013 - The Annual International Real Estate, Investment and Property Development Fair is the first and sole specialized exhibition in Erbil in terms of its sector.

The two days E.R.E.F 2013 Real Estate& Investment Conference will gather for the first time, in Erbil, Iraq, hundreds of top-level executives from leading developers and investors in the real estate sector from Iraq and worldwide to discuss the key challenges and opportunities the market faces today. E.R.E.F 2013 Real Estate& Investment Conference will be the first event of its kind to take place in the city of Erbil addressing the real estate and investment sector. The conference will shed lights on strong development opportunities for local, regional and international institutions present or planning to enter the Iraqi market. Public and private investment enablers and opportunities will also be a major theme where both officials and executives can share views and reach a common basis of understanding of the sector’s evolution prospects. The event will be a key meeting point for leaders, officials, decision-makers, and major investors from Iraq, the region and the rest of the world to network and explore potential opportunities in the real estate sector of Iraq.

E.R.E.F is pleased to welcome Turkey as its official 2013 “Country of Honor”. The new reciprocity law, approved by the Turkish Parliament earlier this year(2012), allows non-Turkish individuals to buy residential property in the country and is expected to drive further growth due to increased influx of foreign investors from around the globe, including the Gulf and Middle Eastern regions. A dedicated conference focusing exclusively on Turkey will take place on June 28.
