INTERNATIONAL FOOD INGREDIENTS SHOW 2013

International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech is the most important trade meeting in this part of Europe. This is the unique opportunity to get acquainted with modern solutions and concepts for food processing industry.

In 2012 gathered more than 300 companies demonstrating machines, devices and modern technological solutions for the following industries: bakery, confectionery, ice-cream, dairy, food processing and food additives. The POLAGRA-TECH trade fair occupied the area of over 20 000 square metres .

These measures, supported by telemarketing actions on the base of tens of thousands of professionals that we had invited to the trade fair, translated into as many as 44 600 visitors, who for five days of the trade fair exhibition had an opportunity to attend exhibition halls, to view the comprehensive offer of the Polish food and catering industry.

It was for them that the POLAGRA trade fair exhibitors presented over 600 market novelties, many of which had its premiere in Poznań. The promotion of these products in the media was appreciated by the exhibitors, who noticed that the visitors were much more aware and had plenty of information about those products.

As it is evident from the preliminary statistics, the largest group of the visitors (as much as 46%) to this year's edition of the POLAGRA-TECH was made up of professionals connected with bakery, confectionery and ice-cream industry.

Also, there were the representatives of the dairy industry – 21% of trade fair visitors declared their attendance here in Poznań. Other respondents indicated generally grocery and catering industry as the purpose of their visit.

The exhibition was traditionally complemented by the program of accompanying events, like exhibitions, conferences, special exhibitions, matchmaking meetings, business mixer meetings and training in the use of components for bakery, confectionery
