Description:
United Nations estimates suggest that, by 2050, 66% of the world’s population will live in urban areas. RICS Cities in a Digital World conference will bring together a range of internationally eminent thought leaders to discuss the increasingly complex array of challenges presented by such population growth. The event will be co-located and concurrently run with the World Cities Summit 2016 at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands. This biennial, five-day summit is an exclusive platform for government leaders and industry experts to address liveable and sustainable city challenges, share integrated urban solutions and forge new partnerships, and is jointly hosted by Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities and Urban Redevelopment Authority.
