Allgäuer Immobilien- und Bautage - Renovation and Construction Exhibition 2012

The "Allgäu real estate and construction day" - the largest trade show around the themes of real estate sales, financing, construction, renovation, alteration, renovation and interior design - have been conducted since 1997. Over 140 local companies showcase their products and services. Numerous activities and live demonstrations are an added value for visitors dar.

Every year around 10,000 visitors interested in the "Allgäu real estate and construction day" in order to gain a comprehensive overview of the market. Visitors to the "Allgäu real estate and construction day 2009" in a survey were asked for their opinion.

The following interesting results arising from the survey:

-About half of the respondents live in a house
-Two thirds of visitors use the exhibition as a platform to obtain multiple quotes for their projects
-60% of visitors are planning to make to its home visual change,
-one third of all visitors, even technical changes
-When asked how satisfied they are with the range of exhibitors, 71% answered "very satisfied"

Respondents came from a radius of 50 km to the fair and 70% are over 35 years old.
