Town and Country Festival is going to be an all day, packed full of events, festival where the country and the city people meet. Town and Country Festival will feature sidewalk sales, a town feed, celebrating the Sidney Herald newspaper's anniversary, a parade down the main street and a street dance to cap off the night.
