The XXXIV. International Conference on Communications and Signal Processing aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Communications and Signal Processing, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
The International Refereed Conference Proceedings will be blind peer reviewed by three competent reviewers and indexed by Scientia, Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA), ProQuest, Google Scholar, Scopus, Thomson Reuters, WorldCat, EBSCO, GALE, and Engineering Index (EI).

SPECIAL JOURNAL ISSUES
ICCSP 2013 has teamed up with the International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering for publishing a Special Journal Issue on Advances in Communications and Signal Processing. All submitted papers will have opportunities for consideration for this Special Journal Issue. The selection will be carried out during the review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision will be made based on peer review reports by the guest editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly.
