In Canberra this November GovInnovate will specifically address the major challenges facing government by presenting three separate conferences and workshops across two days:
Transforming Public Sector Service Design and Delivery Conference
Improving customer service and redesigning public services has received considerable focus from all levels of government over the last decade, both within Australia and globally. This is prompting governments to adopt citizen-centric service delivery models that will improve the customer experience.
Cyber Security Conference
Cyber Security draws together leaders from all areas of government to identify cyber threat issues and their countermeasures; specifically examining the increasingly complex network of threats facing the public and how governments are defending critical information, infrastructure, systems, customers and citizens.
Gov 2.0 Conference
Gov 2.0 brings together innovators from government to highlight technology and ideas that can be applied to public sector challenges. In areas right across government there are unique opportunities to rethink how government agencies perform their core duties and serve citizens.
The two day exhibition will feature leading government suppliers and service providers, showcasing their latest technology offerings. Alongside this will be a new and exciting showfloor theatre program which is free to attend.
