Saudization 2013

The last few months have witnessed a dramatic change in the labor landscape in Saudi Arabia with the mass exodus of expats taking advantage of the recent amnesty for undocumented workers and foreign over stayers. Whilst this has created a challenge in the short term, the long term impact of this decree presents an excellent opportunity for the Kingdom to develop its human capital.
