The 2nd Beijing International Central kitchen Equipments & Technology Exhibition 2014
The first Golden Commercial: CKEXPO Trade Fair has been successfully held on April, 2012 in Shanghai. The exhibition has attracted a total of nearly one hundred top excellent suppliers of central kitchen field from more than 20 countries and regions around the world to exhibit. It also attracted nearly ten thousands principals from hotel catering, schools, factories, force and hospitals to attend. The three-day exhibition that met the desired effects expected by many exhibitors and professional buyers was an important purchasing trade platform to promote the development of China’s central kitchen industry and took a distinctly important role in international professional exhibitons of central kitchen field. During the fair, Forum of Central Kitchen Construction and Development was held. In this period, experts of central kitchen field made a report on “Give full play to the role of central kitchen, Accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading”. There were some topics that had been discussed by the catering enterprises: concepts and classification, modern characteristics and advantages of central kitchen; concept of double kitchen pattern and the key factors of application; how to do well double kitchen operation; the role and application of compound seasoning in central kitchen; the principals that should be followed to establish central kitchen. It is estimated that in 2013 the scale and number of spectators will be up much more on year-on-year basis with a comparative 80% growth rate of the number of exhibitors and 220% growth rate of professional audience quantity.
