The confirmed dates for next year's show Bristol Classic Car Show will be the weekend of 21-22 April 2012.
The Bristol Classic Car Show originated in 1980 in the original exhibition centre by the docks in Bristol when its creator Nigel Stevens came up with the idea of constructing scaffold ramps to enable cars to drive up to the first floor. When the exhibition centre closed the show was held under canvas for 2 years before moving to its current home at The Royal Bath and West Showground. The show is renown for its friendly atmosphere where enthusiasts gather to show and discuss their passion for vintage and classic cars.
Bristol Classic Car Show Events also organises The Classic Vehicle Restoration Show which occurs on 6th & 7th November
The Bristol Classic Car Show and The Classic Vehicle Restoration Show are sponsored by Footman James the specialist Insurance broker for all Classic vehicles, The events media sponsors are Practical Classics, Classic Car and Classic Car Weekly The event is also supported by Classic Motor Monthly and Autojumbler.
