IBIE 2010 10th Annual Pillsbury Baker’s Plus Grand Champion Creative Decorating Competition will take place at IBIE 2010 in Las Vegas.
International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) will host the 10th Pillsbury Baker’s Plus Grand Champion Creative Decorating. The participants will compete in 5 different baking categories for prizes of over 14,000$.
The competition categories will include: wedding cake, rolled fondant, floral design, creative design and sculpted. Since this will be the 10th the rules had a few changes. Unlike previous years that allowed the use of molds, impression mats and a Somerset fondant roller for sculpted and wedding cakes
Only, this year’s rules for the IBIE 2010 competition will open up the use of equipment for all five categories.
There will be two ways of entering this year’s competition-either through local cake decorators contests sponsored by RBA affiliates or entering by submitting your cake decoration portfolio if you are in an area the does not have a state or regional baking competition.

IBIE 2010 to Be Site of World Chocolate Masters Regional Qualifier, The participants will compete on the making of a large chocolate Showpiece, a chocolate pastry, 2 different pralines and a gastronomic chocolate dessert.
The chocolate treats will be tasted by a professional jury that will decide which will move forward to the next step of the competition. It’s going to be tasty.
Bake'n Joy products include frozen dough and batters for loaf cakes, cookies and muffins ; dry mixes and bases and fillings and toppings developed specifically for the professional baking industry.
