Douglas Preston is a well-known business consultant and frequent lecturer in the day and medical spa industry. He has been featured on CNN and Fine Living channels. Among his credentials and accomplishments are past-president and current Education Ambassador of Aesthetics International Association (AIA), former committee chairman for The Day Spa Association (DSA), the Day Spa Association's "Spa Person of the Year" in January 2006 and distinction as Favorite Spa Consultant in American Spa magazine's 2006 readers' poll.

Craig Ure is president of Rejuvenetix Industries, an international strategic marketing tools company delivering online/offline marketing-automation-systems. Craig and his father founded, developed and owned 118 fitness/spa properties, 2987 licensed spa clubs and an international fitness equipment manufacturer in europe exporting to 32 countries. Craig has an MBA in marketing and business studies, and has spent the last 23 years at the school-of-hard-knocks-developing and perfecting tactics and business-building systems for the health, beauty and medical industry.

Leslie Lyon, president of Spas2b Inc. began her career in the health and beauty industry over 25 years ago and today enjoys her profession as an international consultant, spa management educator, key note speaker, published columnist and freelance writer. The spas2b spa management educational programs encompass both classroom and distance learning courses, and combined with the consulting side of the business, Spas2b is now in 28 countries around the world, and growing.

Ilana Craig has over eight years serving in the spa and hospitality industries. Her experience ranges from managing and developing spa concepts as well as operating and consulting luxury resort, day, destination, and medical spas.

Benjamin Fuchs R.PH. is a registered pharmacist, cosmetic chemist and formulator for Sanitas Skincare. Mr. Fuchs has been formulating custom skin care products for dermatologists and their patients for over 20 years. Based on prescription research, case studies and a comprehensive understanding of the biochemistry of the body, Mr. Fuchs formulated Sanitas Skincare. Blake Feeney, involved in the spa industry since 1993, opened the Canyon Ranch SpaClub at the Venetian in 1999. Currently executive director of the SpaClub, he oversees operations of the largest facility of its kind in North America. Feeney, a recognized speaker within the industry, is a regular participant at the Global Gaming Conference (G2E), IECSC New York and Cosmopro Worldwide. He specialized in the hospitality industry at UNLV, with a degree in hotel administration.

Ellen L. McGinnis has well over 25 years experience in the spa industry. Areas of expertise include: concept development, design functionality, budgetary projections, equipment selection, menu and treatment creation, staffing, training, marketing and profitable operational practices. Her career involves countless projects and today Ellen is part of a team of professionals that combine talent with industry knowledge, real operational experience, passion and commitment.

Monte Zwang teaches entrepreneurs the strategies of cash flow management. Managing the financial strategies of hundreds of companies, he has directed feasibility studies, budgets, debt negotiation and financing efforts. His analysis and turnaround strategies have enabled businesses a fresh start and clear direction towards profitability. A Denver University graduate, he was named a "Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager" by Seattle magazine. Zwang chairs the Research Committee of the Day Spa Association.

Ilona Kontra, director of education for Esthetique Supply is an undisputed authority in the skin care educational field. She obtained her aesthetician and teaching credentials in Europe and has been an aesthetician, day spa owner and post graduate educator. Her straight forward approach combined with the focus on the bottom line, makes her a unique veteran in the esthetic industry.

Michelle O'Shaughnessy is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She received her Masters from Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando Florida. She is author of the book "Traditional Chinese Medicine-Esthetician guide," CIDESCO Diplomate, and the owner of Aesthetic Acupuncture Clinic in Orlando Florida. The clinic specializes in all kinds of skin issues, and women's health.

Bryan Durocher is the author of Wakeup Live the Life You Love in Beauty, an expert for Health Journal TV, Life and Leisure TV, and contributor to NBC South Florida Today and the founder of Durocher Enterprises. Bryan was named in 2008 one of the "Top 20 People to Know in the Beauty Industry" by Global Cosmetic Industry magazine. Dominic Cruz completed his training and received his cosmetology license from WC Beauty Academy in 1980. He worked in various hair salons and spas prior to co-owning a hair salon for twelve years. As a makeup artist, Mr. Cruz has worked for Shiseido and Mac. He is the resident makeup artist, educational director and educational trainer for Kryolan Corporation and a member of the Kryolan International Design Team with fashions shows held in Düsseldorf, Germany, and Paris, France.

Noreen Young is the business owner of a posh and pretty makeup studio in sunny Florida. She is an educator and freelance makeup artist from NYC and worked with Diane Von Furstenberg, sports celebrities and icons such as John Madden and Chris Evert, and the Larry King Show. Her print work includes: Revlon/Roux professional products, Wrangler and many more.

Karen Holvey has been in the beauty industry for over 35 years and started her permanent makeup training 20 years ago. She excelled quickly and opened her own school in Huntington Beach, California in 1994. She has worked with many of the top plastic surgeons in the OC area and is an insurance provider offering areola/nipple repigmentation to the mastectomy patients. Karen is a certified member of the SPCP, has written the "Ultimate Reception Book," and authored educational manuals for other permanent cosmetics training centers.
