Health Ingredients Japan was launched in 1998 as the core component
of the International Food Design Show that had been held annually in
Tokyo since 1989. It is now the leading food ingredients exhibition in
Asia by far, and it continues to display increasing (see chart) every
year.?
At Hi Japan 2008, a total of over 580 exhibitors from 20
countries and regions met with almost 42,000 buyers from the industry.
At Hi Japan 2009, we are planning to have over 600 exhibitors with 1000
