ProPak Asia 2012 is Asia's definitive event for international manufacturers and suppliers of machinery, technology and materials in the sectors of packaging, filling, processing, quality assurance, test and measurement and their related fields of automation, transportation, storage, refrigeration, ingredients, labeling and pollution control.
ProPak Asia last year attracted 33,376 trade buyers from 61 countries with key Asian buyer concentration from Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, The Phillippines, Korea, Taiwan, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
ProPak Asia hold's significant strength in the food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors and in 2012 will continue to focus on its primary development sectors on brewing and beverage technology (DrinkTech Asia), pharmaceutical technology (PharmaTech Asia), plastic materials, moulding and processing equipment (PlasTech Asia) and laboratory and test equipment (Lab & Test Asia).
ProPak Asia 2012 is expected to welcome international participation from 14 national groups and independent exhibitors from up to 40 countries. Buyers are expected to exceed 35,000 trade professionals as business and investment continues to rise in Asia.
