The 2012 IEEE Bipolar/BiCMOS Circuits and Technology Meeting (BCTM). The BCTM 2012 will be held September 30, 2012 through October 3, 2012 at the Embassy Suites in downtown Portland, Oregon, a beautiful historic property built in 1912. The conference includes a one day short course, two days of the technical presentations, and a brand new special third-day event, featuring presentations on industry applications complete with demonstrations, as well as a joint session with the Workshop on Compact Modeling for RF/Microwave Applications (CMRF 12).
